UltraHold Max

MS Adhesive & Sealant High Tack

UltraHold Max is a sealant adhesive of new technology
based on high performance MS polymers with good
instant grip properties , single component, high modulus
suitable for sealing and bonding of most substrates used
in the construction industry, shipbuilding, automotive, etc..
Remains elastic after cure. Resistant to aging, weather,
UV, temperature and ozone good performance against
chemical agents.Good resistance to water, aliphatic
solvents, diluted inorganic acids and alkalis, oils and fats.
Poor resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids
and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

  1. Extra Fast curing.
  2. Does not need primers.
  3. It does not smell.
  4. Excellent Multi material Adhesion.
  5. Remains elastic after curing.
  6. Excellent adhesion and chemical resistance.
  7. Good adhesion on wet surfaces.
  8. Bonding even under water.
  9. Paintable with proper elastic paints.
  10. Free of isocyanates, silicones and solvents.
  11. Excellent weather resistance.
  12. Excellent resistance to UV radiation.
  13. Chemically neutral.

Especially suitable for: Sealing and bonding in metal
buildings, bodies, etc ..., sealing concrete joints with
little movement, setting tiles, prefabricated buildings
(houses, offices, ... etc..). Suitable for all types of
materials such as concrete, brick, marble, tiles,
ceramics, cement, galvanized steel, iron, aluminum,
wood, etc ....It is recommended that adhesion tests
on any material known by the user.

To achieve perfect adhesion to the substrate, the surfaces
must be clean and free of dust, grease, oils, pollution,
oxides, etc. For this purpose, on certain occasions, in
addition to a mechanical treatment, it is recommended to
clean with organic solvents (alcohol , acetone or MEK).
Place the nozzle on the cartridge and cut it to the desired
width, press the product with the application gun to
perfectly cover the entire joint, spread with a spatula
moistened with soapy water. Joints that are too deep must
be filled with filling material, TECNOJUNTA, preventing
the sealant from adhering to the bottom.
For joints that must be subjected to great stress, the use
of a suitable primer is recommended: - PRIMER 200: On porous substrates such as concrete,
mortar, brick, etc ... and general use in construction. - PRIMER 300: On non-porous substrates such as metals
and plastics. (See technical information).
Any substrate not known to the user from the point of view
of adhesion must be tested previously or consult our
Technical Department.
In gluing applications, apply the product on one of the
surfaces to be joined, forming beads or dots depending on
the dimensions of the pieces.
