UltraBond Pro

MS POLYMER HIGH TACK

UltraBond Pro is a new-technology sealant adhesive
based on high performance MS polymers. Extra strong,
elastic, single component. It cures by moisture and
presents a high modulus indicated for elastic bonding of
most of substrates used in the building, civil and
residential construction industries. Shipyards, automotive,
etc. It has an extreme strength. It allows an immediate
gluing of pieces with a quick grip < 5 sec. and bond line
strenght up to 400 Kg/10 cm2, without any support.

Especially suitable for elastic bonding in:

  1. Metal, plastic and wood buildings.
  2. Bodyworks.
  3. Prefabricated buildings
  4. Panels, profiles, moldings, etc ...

    It is recommended for materials like:

    Concrete, brick, marble, tiles, ceramic, fiber cement,
    galvanized, steel, iron, aluminum, wood, rubber, rigid
    PVC, PMMA, polycarbonate, ABS, glass , MDF , etc.

    In plastics it is necessary to eliminate traces of release
    agents and protective agents before gluing.

    Do not use on Teflon PTFE, PP, PE or on bitumen or
    asphalts. It is recommended to perform adhesion tests on
    any material not known by the user.

To achieve perfect adhesion to the substrate, the surfaces
must be clean and free of dust, grease, oil, pollution,
oxides, etc.... for it at times and a mechanical treatment is
recommended cleaning with organic solvents (alcohol,
acetone or MEK). Place the special nozzle on the
cartridge and push the product with the applicator gun.
Application in vertical cords with 15 cm of distance
between themselves, over one of the surfaces to join and
press strong. Flatten it with a rubber mallet. Do not apply
adhesive on the whole perimeter of the surface to allow
ventilation. The total curing time is 24 to 48 hours. For
pieces of more than 250 Kg/m2 use a support.Aproximate
Consumpition : 1 m2 / 1 290 ml cartridge.
